8. How and where do you store or transfer my personal data?
We share your data within the group of companies of which we are a part. Where this involves the transfer of personal data outside the EEA, our group ensures that personal data is protected by requiring all companies within the group to follow the same rules with respect to personal data usage. Where we transfer your data to a third party based in the US, this may be protected if they are part of the EU-US Privacy Shield. Our third party data processors comply with the U.S. – E.U. Privacy Shield framework regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data from European Union member countries.

Other than third party processing outlined in Part 8 above, we will not share any of your personal data with any third parties for any purposes, subject to the exception listed below.

We may share your personal data with other companies in our group to facilitate our commercial relationship with you, or companies working with us to help us fulfil our services to you.
